ITC eligible?
I am registered dealer in GST act my inward and outward supplies are Taxable I bought four wheeler auto (Ashoke Leyland) in my Enterprise name with GST for carrying goods shall I take take ITC for the same? Experts pls clarify Thanks.

If it's commercial vehicles, used for transportation Goods (Its Goods carriage auto, not Passanger vehicle ) than you can take ITC of same.

If primary intention of it's use is carriage of good than yes you can benefit of ITC.
