dealer itc claim on purchases but the transaction not visible in gstr2a.
question:
dealer itc claim credit reverse input by reducing or add to output liability for March -23 month

No.... don't do that.
If the ITC is not reflected In GSTR-2B then keep it pending in books of account.

Question : a person maintained pharmacy store in hospital prinicipal place.dealer sales of medicine to customers for OPD and ipd customers for daily.question: dealer itc claim on OPD or ipd or both outward supply applicable in gst act

Reduce ITC claim by showing it as ITC reversal in GSTR 3B and lateron, if eligibility conditions as per sec. 16 meets, you can re-avail.
