ITC claiming eligible or not
here our Client he have existing JCB (Tata Hitachi) Rental business. he had 2 JCB but he last month he purchased one more JCB (Tata Hitachi) now he eligible for claim ITC of new JCB ? pls suggest me

Yes, he is eligible to avail ITC, there is no any restriction.
