Dear frds / experts,
For Sep'2018, I have wrongly taken the ITC value & filed GSTR 3B return wrongly. Just now I found the mistake. Now how to rectify this error in the 3B return? or how to resolve this problem??? plz treat very urgent and do needful at the earliest.

If the ITC is pertaining to Prevous Year then can't be able to rectify now , else can be adjust in your Next 3B
No, it is current year's ITC

You can less/add the mismatch values in Your next GSTR 3B return...

there is a option in gstr-3b to reverse ITC. so u can reverse that wrong ITC claimed.
oh...whether we can reverse it in coming month or that particular sep'18 month???

Reverse in Next month GSTR-3B...
It's mean September mistakes can be rectify on October return...
If oct's return is already filed??

If filed then you can rectify in Nov return...

But, You are not said what is your problem like Excess claim or Lesser claim...!!!
it's excess claim...
If excess claim then Reverse the value and Pay interest @ 24% for the wrong claimed amount...

I have taken ITC of Oct/ Nov & Dec 2018 in Table 4 column 3 by mistake, how can i take it in column 5 and any interest or penalty will generate or not..... please reply. the vale is correct.
