my running business is all type of spring manufacturing. I have purchase automatic CNC machine from Rajkot, Gujarat with GST invoice.
can i claim ITC?

Conditions for claiming itc has to be fulfilled.

If it is for resale then you can claim ITC..

If you treat it as capital goods then you need to follow rules on ITC capital goods
