Hi,
Can we claim ITC if there are no sale during the year?
We have Input ITC which is not claimed in the return because there is no sale transactions during the year.

ITC claim of GST without any sale during the year

No restriction in availing or claiming eligible ITC in your monthly return.
Utilization of the same will happen only against the output liability whenever it will occur.
