We have GST no of Daman, for marketing purposes, hired office in Chennai.
now they are raising invoice to daman but charging CGST and SGST.
is this correct?
if yes then we not be eligible for ITC.
Kindly advice proper solution for availing ITC.

Then how they can issue Tax invoice ?. Its illegal to issue tax Invoice without GST registration .
