ITC availability on GST paid on brokerage
we are renting a shop through a broker for which he is charging 1 month rent as commission on which he is also charging GST, My query is can we take ITC on the GST paid to the broker

Yes, if you are registered under GST and charging GST on rent bill (output) than you can also claim ITC on commission expenses (input).
