Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the due dates and potential penalties for filing ITC-04, a quarterly return for job work transactions. While the GST law doesn't explicitly mention late fees for ITC-04, it's crucial to file by the 25th of the month following the quarter. Failure to do so might incur penalties under Section 125, though these could potentially be litigated and waived for procedural non-compliance. Filing promptly is advised.
