As we are given the data over the TABLE 4 in ITC04 return as related with RAW MATERIAL which are provided to JOB WORKER

Question : Related with QTY specially

In Table 5A in ITC 04 - we need to share the same qty which we mentioned in Table 4 or we can given the actual Qty which we received after job work from job worker.

I think you change suppose you sent a machine weighing 1 ton but after removal of heavy part and re establishing more light part into it which reduces weight by 100 kg you can fill the actual qty received by you.there is no such provision or rule under sec 19/143 both.
