Can we revised GST reruen ITC 04 for the Quarter once it is submitted

No Sir it cannot be Revised. Under GST Regime, Returns/Statement Once submitted/filed, then the same cannot be REVISED.

For now you cannot revise the Form ITC-04 once filed !
