i regestered my it training form.But i want to cancel it now.if i cancel my registration can i get my fees back.

no.. all you can do is postpone your registration to further batches
I think cancellation and getting a refund is not possible as per the rules of ICAI. However, you can request the regional office to transfer you to some later batch.
