For SM.. You should refer Paridi Mam's notes.. as those and simple and easy which is easily available at most of the stationary shops (Mumbai).

For IT.. If you have any frnz in Jaipur, the famous prof.'s notes for IT are very famous and easy to understand. Get it from someone.

And yes, PCC and IPCC IT SM are same. Syllabus and Question papers.
