Sec 28 is the charging section for profit and gains from business or profession.
and 44ADA for presumptive taxation for professionals whose gross receipts are less than or equal to 50L.
Normally ITR 3 will be applicable.
if you go with 44ADA then ITR 4 will be applicable.
