Can you tell me the procedure for filing the return for the FY 2011-12 since it was not filed due to unavoidable circumstances and same as of now it cannot be filed u/s 139(4) as belated return..so is there any manual procedure for filing the return or others .or can we file the return for fy 2012-13 without filing FY 2011-12 return.

Return for F.Y 2011-12 can be filed in paper mode and can be submitted to the jurisdictional income tax office for processing.
Ok thanks...But is there any option that return not to be filed i.e. non taxable for salaried one
Return must be filed if the total income exceeds the basic exemption limit.
