Yes, you can change IT Form depending upon type of Income. File ITR 2

You can always change the type of return to ITR-1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on the income sources & resident status applicable for the Financial Year[ when the income got generated].

Only restriction added by I-T Department is about selecting back Old Tax Regime back from New Tax Regime, but this restriction applies only to businesses.
