If an assessee filed their IT return till AY 2012-13 by offline mode and fail to do file thereafter and want to file all due return in AY 2018-19.whats the procedure....
please help..

You can't file return without permission of income tax department for A.Y. 2013-14 to 2017-18 (Only Refund case)
You can file ITR for A.Y. 2017-18 with late fees
You can file ITR for A.Y. 2017-18 with late fees
No... You can't file any of the year except AY 18-19 in normal provisions...
seeking permission under section 119 is also a normal procedure...
