I have commission income only.
I transfer some comm.income to my mother account and she does not have any other income.
Pls. suggest me in which ITR I can file my mother return if she has comm.income in her accounts more than basic exemption limit.
Commission transferred from your account to your mother's account will not qualify her receiving commission income.
ITR 3 is to be filed by assessee earning commission income.
ITR3 with accounts maintained..
