just call on the help line number and ask as its first time i heard and usually u can file multiple rectification request u/s 154 till time limit is permitting.

You will need to contact to your AO

Rectification rights must have been transefered by CPC , therefore rectification can not be done by CPC

Its seems that you have tried for ractification more than once and one request is already submitted. you need to check ractification status  from My Acount Tab from income tax website.
