Our uncle has been running vehicle hiring business. he has filled his return up to AY 12-13 and later he has not filled his return now in the subseqeny year's the companies for which he left vehicle they had deducted TDS now wat vl b the consequences .and for how many years I can file online
you can file for assessment year 2015-16 and 2016 17 and can claim TDS
though its tough to say that back year TDS would get allowed or not. as under TDS ämount is declared on which TDS is deducted.

you can seek permission from commissior of income tax for filing returns beyond the TWO years limit, with reasonable ground and appeal to condone the delay, if CIT agrees then he may allow you to submit returns for back periods, ( maximum upto 5 years back) i.e CIT can allow an assesee to file returns upto Assessment Year 2011-12 back
