IT Filed for the FY 2019-20, but missed out for FY 2020-21 & 2021-2022. Is it possible to file IT 2021-22 with paying late file fee without filing IT for 2020-21?
If i need to file IT for 2020-21 then what is the procedures?

First you file ITR U for the F.Y 20-21 , pay tax with Penalty, then you can file for F.Y 21-22 with late fee .
