AY 2012-13 is time barred now.
If e-file ITR 1 u/s.142(1) without receipt any IT Notice u/s 142(1).
I find this is the only way to e-file time barred it returns?
Is it OK?
Or there may be any complications?

there is time out for ay 2012-13
the file will be trasnfered to local jurisdiction from cpc
i am not sure but i guess it cant be filed without receipt of notice because it may ask for communication date and no.
Any one with details ?????
