IT e filing website automatically session expires and logout

I AM USING GOOGLE CHROME AND FIREFOX BUT FOR LAST TWO WEEKS MY BROWSER AUTOMATICALLY LOGOUT ME AFTER LOGIN INSTANTLY IN THE E FILING PORTAL.....I HAVE TRIED RE INSTALLING JAVA AND ALL BROWSER BUT NOTHING HAPPEND....PLEASE HELP AS I AM UNABLE TO FILE ANY RETURN...

clear caches and delete history
