Issues with tds on payment to builder

HI,

I purchased a flat in Noida under Construction linked plan in July 2013 and with I paid TDS online through form 26QB in August and September 2013 for payments made to builder. In both the cases there are issues relating to  TDS payments I have made:

1.     I had deposited TDS on my payment of installment to the builder through Form 26QB . The payment was made on 8th August 2013 through Internet Banking (ICICI Bank) and the Challan shows the paid amount, but the same is not being reflected on Form No. 16B and it is showing the amount as zero. 

2.     I deposited TDS on installment due to builder on my property for next installment on 16th September 2013 through form 26QB. By mistake I quoted wrong PAN Number, I wrote AHJPB2915K instead of AJHPB2915K, so the payment is not being shown in my name. Pls tell me the procedure of getting the TDS deduction in my name. 

Pls suggest the way out. I have made numerous calls to TDS CPC and Aayakar Sampark Kendra and they are throwing the ball in each other's court and on the other hand builder is charging interest from me for the TDS not showing in his account on my name.
