Received "Issue with Refund Intimation u/s 143(1)" 15 days back but at income tax portal "Processing Completion" still showing pending. Please guide but to do. Profile/bank and everything is up to date already

Section 143(1) intimation has to be sent within one year from the end of the financial year in which return is being filed. For eg: if the taxpayer has filed return pertaining to the financial year 2021-22 in July 2022, intimation can be sent any time till 31 March 2023.

Generally Intimation updated on website after 10-15 working days

This happened with one of my case. Client has recieved intimation of refund. However status is not updated on portal. also, refund is not credited in bank. you may wait or raise grievance to CPC-ITR for refund.
Generally in my all cases intimation updated very late

Check your bank account if refund is credited!
If not check refund status on IKAR Setu app!
Updation of portal is not done by IT department but by NIC!
