Can anyone please provide the procedure for issue of unsecured non convertible debentures

Dear Khushboo,

 

Please refer to Section 292 of the Comapnies Act, 1956 according to which the powers to issue debentures is with the Board of Directors.

 

Accordingly, such issue of Debentures may be done in the Board Meeting.

 

Views of other members are also solicited.
