Dear Sir,

I have Confused About issue of form C & E-1, For Example  A which belongs to U.P.  Purchased goods to B which belongs to Delhi. Delhi Dealer raised bill to A against  Form C & Delhi Dealer given Order to C which belongs to M.P.  & delivered Goods directly to A which belongs to U.P.

Here, My question Who will issue Form C & F-E1

With Regards

Amit

Here the query is not properly worded. However, guessing what you mean by this question, the reply is as follows. A of UP wants to buy some goods from B of Delhi. This B asks C of MP to deliver the concerned goods to A. Now C will issue an issue an invoice to B along with E1. B makes his invoice to A and directs the goods to be delivered to A. C forms are given by A to B and by B to C.......mjk

Sir,

Thanks,

Here, I want to change Only  Dealer B who also belong to U.P. B given Order to C who belongs to M.P. & C directly supplied goods to A. B raise bill to A Without  Vat  Here C will Issue Form E1 & Form C to B & B submit Form C to C.

Here, My Question is Form 38 (road permit) is Compulsory  to A or not ?

If not , What is the Evidence for proof to Sales tax department. for A ?

With Regards

Amit

A will Issue "C" form to B, and B will Issue "C" form to C on the Receipt of Form "C", C have to Issue Form E1.. Road Permit is Applicable as per state rule.

E1 transaction is based on transfer of document, on the transporter L.R./G.C. Note B have to Endorce that they are doing E1 transaction and good are supplying directly from C to A

For Evidence for Proof of E1 sale.. A can produce Purchase Order, Bill Copy received from B (without tax), Endoresed Transporter LR/GC etc
