Mr. A party raised an invoice on 29Feb2024 to my firm and goods shipped to Mr.C party. actually an order is running between our 3 parties. MrA didn't inform me about a truck going to MrC.
Mr C informed me after 4Days of vehicle reached. I didn't raise the invoice then.
Now, can I raise e invoice only or both eInvoice and ewaybill.
please guide me

Only einvoice is required as the e-way bill is for movement of goods and goods already reached the destination

E way bill required only at the time of moving goods. Not required after goods sent.

For raising e way bill lorry and its movement requires at all toll Plaza after issuing of way bill.
There is no compulsion on generating both e-way bill and einvoice. As goods already delivered only einvoice is required.
