Issue of Credit Note
I have issued invoice dated 02-02-2019. till date customer did not make payment. now customer want credit note for old invoice and issue fresh invoice. is this possible? why?

You can only issue commercial credit note without tax impact. since time limit to adjust tax levied on credit note has been lapsed.
