Whether A construction Contract (Works Contract) Dealer under composition scheme of 5% is eligible to issue Form "C" for purchase of Machine and Machine spares used in processing the construction work ? The Machine and Spares are included there in its CST Registration Certificate.

if the machine is permitted as central purchase under your CST regn then only you can,
if not then get it endorsed with your vat office, after verification of facts they may endorse the same.
If Both of you has mentioned in CST reg Certificates, it is possible to get get Form C.
If Both of you has mentioned in CST reg Certificates, it is possible to get get Form C.
