In inter state purchase under C form ,if there is credit note for transportation after tax , C form should be issued on Nett bill amount or gross plus tax amount ?

C Form are always issued on the amount on which CST has been calculated. Further, in general practice, dealers try to get C form on gross amount.

Hi, C form is a declaration issued by buying dealer to selling dealer stating that he has purchased goods specified therein at a concessional rate. Hence, the value been covered in the C form will be invoice value (mainly includes Basic+CST+freight (based on terms of contract; if FOR, yes & no otherwise). I hope this will clear the doubt.
