Hi,

Looking for ISCA CA Final Notes ! …
No doubt, For ISCA CA Final Study material is the best.
But, Consider this.
A good information must have following characteristics; (Chapter 1 ISCA)

1. Decay - 2.Reliability
3. Rate - 4. Availability or Timeliness - 5. Mode
6. Degree if excellence (Quality) - 7. Redundancy - 8. Relevance - 9. Accuracy - 10. Format of information - 11. Frequency -12. Transparency - 13. Summarization
14. Validity - 15. Impartiality - 16. Adequacy
17. Purpose - 18. Completeness - 19. Cost-beneficial

Do you think, learning all these 19 points will take much time. may be so, but i dont,

Now, It is very simple, Remember this small sentence Dr. Ram drafts via PC ..
In this Mnemonic D stands for Decay, R stands for Reliability & so on .. these are the extracts from ISCA Manish Valechha Sir
I think , this way students can save their productive time and can give more emphasis on descripttion of points rather than remembering only headings.

This would be final fate if you study only memory technique reading in CA course. Have a in-depth knowledge in subject. the days have gone now. There was a time when results were above 25% upto 2006 year. When everyone showing smartness in fooling examiner the inst tried its own way !!

good reply robin

but its all about remembering what you read so that you can focus on more practical areas of the your syllabus .Every time when we see examiner comments. this is common comment that student do not study from institute's material. As all know papers are valued based on suggested answers not on the basis of one's mindset. otherwise thousends of students will never study from institutes study mat everyone can write 1 or 2 pages on each topic. all anwers will unique. icai exams are also designed to test your this capacity under stressfull exam condition,

Rightly said Tanya....I agree 100% with you...I bought Manish Sir's material last week(thanx to ur Pm and posts in CCI)....simply superb.....undoubtedly this is the best book  for ISCA.....Now i dont feel difficulty in studying ISCA....and another positive thing is he answer to all ur queries and sms u the recent updates very frequently....once again thanx to u and hats off to Manish sir for having published a wonderful book like this for the benefit of entire student fraternity....

Reading study material..... preparing notes....then studying......lotta time s spent....now that the book is simplified with memory codes, the need for preparing notes does not arise......The biggest prob with ISCA is people tend to forget the points.....so memory codes are indeed useful to get rid of this difficulty.....

Hey.. I think
There is nothing practical when you will have to write in the exam, when you put any practical aspect in theory it will become more difficult theory. Both are different aspects when you are practically sound or you are good at writing about what you know about something. Even experts advice that we should plan our presentation before answering question in the exam.. if you start writing on adhoc basis, you cant give professional look to your presentation.
It needs to be planned. This book will help you in that.
If you simply read any book and don’t try to remember you cant secure 10 out of 10.
I m also using this book this is the great edition I have ever seen for ISCA. If you avoid readings mnemonics still this book is memory based each topic has logical start and end written with careful wordings to ease your learning.

if you can crack 2 or 3 pages with a simple sentence whats wrong with this, Anything that can make learning easier is always welcome. I welcome this edition in our student community. thanks to Manish Valechha... for this edition on ISCA..

Thanks Tanya for your suggestion, But will you please let me know that from where i can get Manish Valechha sir's ISCA Book/Notes

Free ISCA Notes (Updated Jan 2011)
