Hiii..see ,there is no short cut for this subject ISCA and the concept of important quesions is not relevant...Even sometimes,ICAI asks for the questions which are not important but are very simple like in NOV 2015 exams..Although there are several topics which are important like cloud computing,whole chapter of auditing,COBIT 5,etc.but you can't completely rely on these topics.Therefore go for the comprehensive approach for this subject.

And as far as ISCA is concerned,to retain the solutions,you must revise the questions again and again and its the only solution to it..No short cuts pls...
