almost 80 % attempt right 20% might be 50% right so not easy paper but 40+ can easily achieve hopes so....

I think q.2 a was based on Prelimineries given in CH.7 in case of IRDA but here we were required to state from a pvt Ltd company point of view nd not Insurer so some changes will he there in answers...2b was a bouncer for me as well
