Is vat refundable on cst ?
Plz reply give me suggesion
If I purchasing a goods on vat in gujarat and selling it to other state on cst then how I can get refund of my vat for example I buy goods of 500000 rs and paid 25000 vat and sell It to other state on 550000 on cst. I get 11000 cst then this cst can less on vat 25000-11000 ? And i get refund of Bal amt ? And how ? Vat is refundable on cst sell

You can not get the refund . You can have the VAT Credit which can be set off later.

but I get vat credit 5% (full vat amt) ?
And I Hv to deposite cst amt or it can less on vat credit
There is any limit of vat credit I m only purchase on vat and sell it on cst
Then there is any process to get vat credit

you can set off the CST Payable with VAT credit. You can do so by putting the same in VAT / CST Returns.
There are no limits for taking VAT Credit.
