Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the tax implications of receiving £36,000 per month in rental income. The advice given is to declare this as 'Income from House Property' and file using ITR-1, assuming it's the only property income. It also notes that if the total income is less than £5 lakh, no tax may be payable.

Is there any other income of that person ??
No sir
You have to show this Rental Income under the head "INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPERTY". File ITR-1 ( assuming that you have only 1 House Property Rental Income ).
If income is less than 5lakh
no tax
