Is there penalty waive for 3B
I have not filled 3B returns more than last 10 months due critical condition. Penalty is too high like 10000 rupees for each month. Is there any waive for the above? It is very mentally worried. Please guide.

No penalty for late filing of 3B is not waived. You have to pay the same.
