Is there any way to avail pending ITC of FY 2018-19 after September 2019

While filing the GSTR3B for March 2019 IGST paid on purchases was availed only half (eg Raw material was of Rs. 100 + 5 IGST and only 2.5 was availed in the return). It came to notice after the due date of claiming the ITC i.e 20th October 2019. Is there any way that the same can be claimed now, i.e in 2019-20.
