One of my client doing Forex business (fund management operations on behalf of customers) now he wants to form a private limited company.

1.Is there any prior permission required?

2.If yes, what are the steps?

3.Is better option to form a Private Limited Company?

my friend who is completed M.com wants to join C.A , IPCC course without taking cpt exam is it possible to so or cpt is compulsory for all?
