Yes you are absolutely correct ,the time limit you are refering to is for exam forms and not the registration form.
yes that date pertain to exam form.. there's no such time limit for final registration but one should register within reasonable time

Hmmmmmmmm......... Ok thanks to all. Actually I haven't registered till yet, due to some serious business. Going to Kanpur to register tomorrow or Monday.
