The restiction on articleship transfer is not valid . We are not the employee we are the trainee. So we should have the enough liberty to expand por scope. The students has to face hardships due to restiction on transfer. So kindly oppose the restiction on transfer.

as per fresh newsletter(September'09), it is clearly written that students can transfer their articleship at once as per my understanding... so read it...
^ plz reconfirm it as i think one time amnesty is granted only to pending cases till 11th july!
plz re-confirm it let all of us know it!

i have gone through the whole issue and it is nowhere written there that transfer is one time allowed.
not valid.... atleast one time transfer should be allowed.
