Is Tds should be deducted on payment made for Maintenance of Flat
I have flats in West Bengal. I paid rs 35000 per month towards maintenance charges of Flat. Query of me is Tds should be deducted in this Payment. Please solve this issue..

tds under section 194c is not applicable on personal contracts
