Everybody knows Tally is a mostly accepted accounting software.
But is Tally available as online software so that people with multiple branches can work simultaneously on to a centralized database to avoid manual synchronization or merging to get up to the minute financial status from anywhere?

Yes you can synchronize tally at one central place i.e Server and other branches as Clients.
