Is submission of form 108 required after submission of 107

I completed my articleship on 11th July, 2012 but had an excess leaves of 54 days. So even my supplementary articleship ends now.

I had submitted Form 108 along with 107 on 16th July 2012. So do I have to submit Form 108 for completion of my supplementary articleship also?

You do not have to file another form 108, as it will be administratively difficult for ICAI to process your request. Just wait for ICAI to communicate to you and then you can respond to them.
