1. As per Surbhi Bansal madam's latest edition of Audit, SOX is not in syllabus(she has included the notes though).But,when i enquired through BOS via esahayata, they said,"it is still in syllabus".
2. IS the MCA notification regarding Cost Audit on 2nd and 3rd May2011 applicable for November 2011 exams?
SOX is not in the syllabus because it is removed form the new module......plz check new module

SOX,2002 is in the syllabus and is included in the new module,plz check it under ch-3 Risk Assessment and Internal Control.
