I am in CS Executive stage and my attemt is June 2013. Kindly inform me is SIP compulsory to be done in executive stage or it can be done later? If not, what are we supposed to write in the examination form?

It is compulsory but you can give exam without it.

yes it is compulsory All students who have registered for the Executive Program on or after 1st September 2009 .
