We are a web development company servicing and located in india. We have enrolled with few International clients in UK for their web development process. So to make a claim for the payment from them should i charge service tax.

Hi,
As per the Service Tax Provisions, Export of services is exempted.
Only if it is import of services, you need to collect the service tax from the client and ofcourse you are supposed to remit in such case.
