the company is mover than 4 cr. in trading and nearly 8 lac for service
please tell me is service tax registration required for the company ???????
only when taxable Service income exceeds Rs.10 Lakhs, Service Tax Liability atracts, UNTILL then no Liability.
The point which you made about the Turnover related to Trading activity is irrelevant for Service Tax.
