Rajesh Makkar book is not recommended for Self Study..
good as he is a teacher in sfm, but bulky... revision is difficult otherwise note is not prepared.... if you have time then ok.... but advise you to see the book before order... by online or so....

Go for A N Sridhar. Its a good self study book apart from Pattabhi Ram Sir Book.
S D Bala is best option for sfm to do self study.
