Is it compulsory for a CA having COP to get his Sole Proprietor Firm registered before taknig any audit assignment? And can a CA sign Tax and Statuory audit report in his personal name as i dont have any firm registered in my name?

Yes if you have full time COP you can sign in your individual name and no need to get your proprietory concern registered.
Yes you can sign in individual name in case you are recently qualified.
